Brandy Damour is the Founder of The Echo Lab, an independent qualitative research moderation practice. She brings more than 15 years of professional experience across business, client service, communication, and facilitation.
In addition to her business background, Brandy spent several years in education, where she developed a deep appreciation for creating engaging environments, guiding meaningful discussion, and ensuring that every voice is heard, skills that naturally complement qualitative research and moderation.
Brandy graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with degrees in Business and Mathematics and completed professional training through RIVA, including RIVA 195V: Principles of Qualitative Research and RIVA 201: Fundamentals of Moderating.
Through The Echo Lab, Brandy specializes in thoughtful, participant-centered conversations designed to uncover meaningful insights and help organizations better understand the people they serve.
Outside of work, she enjoys distance running, reading, traveling, spending time with her family, and relaxing with her dog.
